Slackers-check this out!

So I'm back in the gym after being off for various reasons, and who do I see? My trainer, who's been bulking like a mofo.

When I saw him last, he was 30 pnds lighter-no joke. Since last October, he's been hitting it pretty hard and now he's freakin' huge!!! Dude doesn't wear anything tight, either, he's just bigger
all around. Forearms were like poppin out of his shirt.
Damn, I think to myself. If only I worked in a gym and all I talked about was weightlifting and eating....

F**** awesome!

That aint no bullsh** either, man,
Dude is the real deal. A real live example - in my backyard - of what can be done if you work right, eat right and rest right.

Too many people don't have the discipline, don't plan, eat, or train right. For many of us it takes time. But sheeeeeeiit I said to myself when I ran into him again. He's on over 4k a day, training 3-4 days a week.

To anyone who needs a swift kick in the butt or a fire lit under their lazy butt, here it is.

Hmm. I don't think 4k calories a day is enough to build 30 lbs of muscle in 3-4 months.

Not naturally at least...

what size is he b/c I know there are several people on this board including myself that around 5K Cals a day and 30 lb of relatively LBM would be impossible without some "assistance" and or some amazing genetics. Either way I say good for him

you really don't know much of the details of how he got his gains... a trainer is a salesman... either way, good for him!

Are you kidding me????

30lbs in 4 months without any "help" for a guy who has been building for a while is a little odd...

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

He let himself slim down, then started back bulking again. Diet is well over 4k(so it could be over 5k for all I know), and he likes to change things around quite a bit with his workouts.
Basically became too busy with life to have a decent workout schedule.
