I sweat when i just think about lifting...or anything else for that matter....my girlfriend calls me sweaty balls (too much information?)

My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.

Damn right I do, but I'm a fat bastard

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

personally, i dont know how they do it.

i can ONLY wear a tshirt and shorts (or an occasional tanktop in the summer) cuz i sweat so bad. shit, i sweat just thinking about my workout on the way to the gym. after my w.o.'s, it looks like i jumped into a pool with all my clothes on...

Hell, I sweat when I stretch. I'm a sweaty beast. I have to take a shower before and after I lift or my BO destroys all the plants in my basement. I'm a dirtbag compared to anyone that I have ever seen. When I go running, my shorts get near soaked in sweat. I lift and run shirtless or with a wife beater.

I sweat every time I workout. It's not that bad a sweat, except on legs day when I walk out of the gym with my frikkin shirt sticking to me.

yes I do, the amount I sweat depends on what I am wearing, i.e sweatshirt vs t-shirt, the temp at the rec center (which seems to vary), and what bp I am training, bigger bp's like legs cause more sweating.

I sweat, because my workouts are very very intense.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

I tend to loose clothes when working out, but then layer up when doing my cardio. Usually end up in complete sweats with long sleeve shirt for my cardio. Otherwise I am in leggins of somekind and a sports top. Plus I sweat no matter what I wear.

Do you think thats due to the added fat from your bulk, or just your overall size? Do you think you'd sweat just as much at a cut 250?
