That's not bad, but I would suggest putting one of your rest days in the middle of your workout days. I think putting a rest day on Wednesday and moving your Wednesday and Thursday workouts up a day would make the most sense.

Also, if you are trying to bulk up, then that is a lot of cardio. If you are willing to eat a ridiculous number of calories, like 4000+ per day, then you could probably get away with it. I have enough trouble keeping up with eating and doing HIIT cardio 2-3 times per week for about 20 minutes.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Actually it's awful.

First off, you do not want to do cardio before you weight train, second you do not need to train abs everyday, third you should not weight train 4 days in a row.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with Prince. What are your goals man? Because with all that cardio / Sports activitys you'll be keeping lean. Check this out :

    Day 1 - Chest / Triceps / Abdominals*

    Day 2 - Back / Biceps

    Day 3 - Legs

    Day 4 - Off

    Day 5 - Shoulders / Abdominals

    Day 6 - Sports Activitys / Cardio**

    Day 7 - Off**

    * Depending on how well you recover.
** I believe in doing something athletic while weight training just to stay nice 'n loose. Jumping rope, playing basketball, or any other sport activitys. T
*** Arrange your rest days where you feel fit. Resting after a hard leg day is very nice.

Their are many differnet splits you can find on the internet. Different " sciences " and ideas behind them. I'd just do more research and find a routine that fits you schedule and something you would be comfortible with. Goodluck man, remember get educated.

well, that is the slpit I use, but I also take a day off between legs and delts.
and, as said, if you are trying to add muscle, put cardio after the workout.

I have read that doing a lower intensity workout on the abs almost daily is better than an intense workout a few times per week, but I have also heard the other way around. I need to work my abs quite a lot to see results...

Dude, that would be working all the biggest muscles 3 days in a row! put a rest day between the back and chest day

Let ur shoulders rest man, ur cuffs will be killed if you dont, think about it
