hypertrophy and strendth? would this work
I have been tring to do HST but after 2 weeks my joints are killing me so I was thinking about the following plan
mon back/bi/traps bb curl 3x10 hammer curl 2x10 preacher 1x10 rows 4x10 deads 2x10 pulldown 2x10 pullup plus 45lbs to faliure 1x shrugs 2x10 tues chest/tri/calves incline bb press 3x10 inc fly 3x10 wide grip hammer mac. 3x10 skull crushers 3x10 rope ext 2x10 v bar 3x10 seated calves 4x10 wed legs shoulders mp 3x10 side lat superseted with rear 2x10 leg press3-4x10 leg ext 3x10 leg curl 3x10 thurs repeat but here is my question should i do the same excer. but raise the weight and lower the reps like 4x5 or stay with the same reps but use compleatly different excer.? I am looking to slowly gain lean mass and keep fat gain min. I have a slow met so my maintence is only like 2000 so i am going to eat 2300 and go from there. Also i am extreamly carb sens. so my ratios are 50%p/30%c/20%f all carbs pre and first two meals post Thanks |
