Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

I never understand when to do dips to help raise my bench. Do I do it on chest days or tricep days?

It's a great addition to your chest or tricep routine. There is actually to differnet techniques that allows you to isolate each muscle group better. ( Triceps, Chest ) For Triceps, try keeping your upper body perpendicular with the group. For Chest, try getting a forward lean and really concentrate on squeezing your pectoral muscle.

Yeah, that's another good point. Basically when you get that forward lean, that happens.

Depends on how wide of grip you use on the dips, but typically it's considered a chest exercise.

adding in almost any correctly performed "new" exercise that works the bench accessories (pecs, tri's, delts, & lats) will help your bench. variety is a great "kick start" from a plateau. cycle your accessory work every couple of months and temporarily ditch various movements. and when you mix it back in again, it will "shock" the muscles and you will get at least some results.

Its virtually the same movement IMO, I would liken a dip to a decline bench.
