Improving my chest... check this out.
My chest is pretty much my most lagging bodypart. I am fairly strong in all lifts with the exception of chest. I workout with around 235 which I can get 7-8 times if I go to failure. I know triceps have much to do with my chest, as do my lats, but my triceps are one of my best bodyparts, I can use a curl bar and put 60 on both sides and do 6 solid skull crushers. I need a good solid program to bring up my chest in general without the support so much of my tri's and lats.
I know all about pre exaustion techniques and such, but anyone have a problem like this, and what was your experience, and what did you do to improve it? Thanks Dave |

Just start beating the hell out your chest. Heavy ass weights, 4-5 reps per set. Heavy DB Bench, Heavy Declines, Cable flys, Dips. Trying changing your routine into a "powerlifting" routine. Goodluck.
