    Home latissimus dorsi trainng?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can better train my back at home with just a bench and dumbells.

The only exercise I have found which I think is applicable for me is the bent over row.

Ideas on new and better exercises are much appreciated.

    Thanks.

One armed Dumbbell Row would be best.
    Dumbbell Deadlift
    Dumbbell Shrug (for traps)

If you have anywhere you can do chins (a doorway or place you can put a bar) you're all good.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Is the difference between the 2 the grip?

Are pullovers where you lie on your back with your arms outstretched over your face and move them in a 1/4 circle to behind your head?

As for more exercises you can also do upright rows. Variations on grip doing the bent over rows help too.

I read that extremely wide grips can cause shoulder injury, so if any pain is experienced or you feel uncomfortable, narrow your grip a bit.
