Myself about a year and a half now....consistantly that is .Off and on about 10 yrs. HOW ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE?

Good diet, and smart training.. I'd say 8 months. But like ignorant lifting? 3 years i'd say.

lifting for 18 months. for the first 12 i was pretty ignorant of legs and nutrition but since then ive been putting on the beef.

I would say almost a year. However, I went on vacation for 7 weeks over the summer. Although I didn't do any heavy lifting, I brought some dumbells with me and did what I could. I just started a new routine based on the information I learned on this site at the beginning of this year.

2.5 years on and off because i don't lift during football season so that takes out around 8 of those months.

been about a year and 2 months of real lifting... started "lifting" about 6 years ago, but didnt gain all that much because of my diet. nice progress in the past year tho

what kind of training? I started lifting weights when I was fourteen and pretty much have never stopped (24yrs old now). there were a couple years inbetween that I took of from lifting to persue distance running (beleive that!?). So if you are talking about just exercisesing then stragiht since is was 14yrs old.

its hard to keep steady when ur in high school
and when ur lazy, but i have been doing real good for the past month or so now lol so hopefully after another month i wont quit for a couple of weeks and then do one workout then stop then once a week for a month....I plan to really do it good now |

Started training 13 years ago, in my early 30s (yeah I'm old). Had a couple of lay offs in there, but have been training solid for the last three years.
