BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com quick question my right trap is a little bit bigger than my left one and i was wondering if i can do anything specific to get them the same size i do a lot of barbell shrugs but it still doesnt help so any help would be nice
on my left trap i had surgery on that shoulder if that would make any difference u think please just let me know |

They should even out eventually, but you could always do dumbell shrugs and focus less on the one that is larger.

DB shrugs and stop when your weaker/smaller one is fatigued.

no, jsut use the same weight for both, that the smaller can handle for 8-12 reps with good form
