LOL! Same thing happened to me last week. Did legs for first time in a while. Went pretty heavy...for me. My friend was laughing his ass off at me 'cuz I had to hold onto the handrail to get downstairs. Even with that I still had a hard time getting downstairs. My legs were spent, but man, what a workout!

For the next few months, I'll be going heavy on the legs, doing them once a week. I'll stick to Monday or Tuesday. I mountain bike on the weekends, so I'll rest the legs one day after my last ride of the weekend, then do a workout early in the week. This way my legs will be rested for the next weekend's riding.
