the coolest thing about pullups is do a crazy cut and see how much easier they are... at my lightest... 5'11" and 172lbs... I did 13, 10, 8... wow... I've never managed that since... sitting at about 186-190 right now and I can barely do 8,8,8
BUT... what's really impressive is when i see a real thick kind of guy up there just banging them out like nothing... my eyes widen and I think damn, now that guy has some serious strength... |
