Getting over a bit of a cold, and decided to go sweat it out today.

Between reading alot of the archives here, some idependent research, and being bored out of my phat skull with my routine I changed it up a little today.

added:
DB flyes
Deadlift
behind the head Tri extetentions
cable rows
cable curls

dropped:
military press (shoulders were too spent for them anyways)
lat pull downs
single arm tri extentions
hammer curls


Wow. I couldn't pull my shirt off

The deadlifts are odd. we don't have a good "rack" at my gym, so i'm doing them on the floor. I did them with 45's but I think I'll use 25's to get a bit more of a strech.
