training software??

does anyone know of any software or websites that would allow you to set your personal stats, to get a personalized training routine and/or diet?

The absolute best is called Crosstrainer 5 but its kind of expensive since its 50$ for the personal version.

This site is free, but doesn't follow nutrition to my knowledge. It maintains your measurements and routines/lifts.

it is called life form. seems pretty good.
I bought it, but never really had enough tie to use it. (can't take lap top into secure work area) and rarely home. Might have to load it into this pc, now that I have more time...
