The Ultimate Physique
I was watching muscle mania on TSN and watching guys that were 160-220lbs compete. These guys were very impressive as well as the ladies. My question is; once you have acheived your muscle mass does a BB switch from compound movements to more complex, higher volume isolation style movements?

If a bodybuilder wants to continue to progress he or she will continue to do basic compound moments but some isolation movments as well. As for the high volume that is a mater of personal preverence. For the most part you really don't get to a point when you think "I"m big enough now I need to change my style of training" You do what works for you and that just a matter of trial and error and constantly adapting.
