    hours?

    hey, i was wondering how many hours (or minutes) should be spent doing weights.
    i am 100lb 0% body fat and short-medium (dunno that ' measurement you guys use for height )
    and how many calories should i be eating a day (bear in mind i a a small guy )
    And what times of the day is best suited ( i do weights at home lol)

    As for time try not to spend more than an hour training. For time of day whenever you feel the most energy and atleast after a meal or 2. Good luck

    hey guys, yeah but you get the point
    i have no mushy bits, although i have mushy bits where the muscle *should be* which is unflexed muscle (cause of previous on/off training for like 2 MINS LLLLOLLLLL)
    n e way i am just after the right hours to train, i wanna be big enough for it to be noticable, and maybe to smack those ugly guys at school LOL

    im 16 pretty short, hmm dunno how tall i think like 170-180cm?
    2m=200cm this shit is too mathematical
    i am not that thin, but i have no fat, its hard to image. its cause i am short at the same time. (but not too short)

    If its JUST bench dont do more than an hour. I spend more than an hour, but hit 3 body parts.

    and what should i be doing with the dumbbells for the biceps? "bicep curls"?
    and wont i stunt my growth or something (like my bones stop growing or something)
