Only one way to find out, go try it! Start with just the bar. If you can do that pretty easily, then add 5-10 pounds. Trial and error is the only way to figure it out. I feel that if you can benchpress your bodyweight, then you are doing decent. However, if you are new to exercise, then you may be unpleasantly surprised. This is especially true because you sound like a big time ectomorph...

80lbs is actually 36 kg. If it was your max, you could do it only once.

It is impossible to guess how much you bench though. You could bench 50 lbs to 200 lbs. We wouldn't know.

What exactly are you a newbie at? When I was 16 and had never lifted, I wouldn't even come close to benching 80 percent of my bodyweight 20 times.

Maybe you have good genetics for strength. What is your max?

perhaps i can lift 80% of my body weight easily because i am extremely light?
cause if i were 100kg i highly doubt i could be able to easily bench 80kg hehe

Hey, post a picture of yourself. And it is impossible to have 0% Bodyfat. You'd be dead.

I think the original poster has no idea what the hell he's talking about.

And 0% bodyfat is only possible when you're dead.
