Hi everyone
iI've been recommended to try some HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get rid of some stubborn bodyfat just below my belly button. Does anyone know of any examples of exercise programs that I can do for HIIT in my room? Many thanks for your time and help. ![]() |

what machines do you have available?
if none, then all I could suggest are wind sprints outdoors. |

mine:
5 min warm up to comfortable pace. 1 min vigorous pace 1 min comfortable rinse repeat for 10-30 minutes example: I'll comfortable jog at 5.8 MPH, then HIIT at 6.5, then back to 5.8, then HIIT to 6.5 It should go from a pace that you could struggle to hold a conversation doing, to no way in hell. I do 10-15 minutes depending on how I feel. I'd also monitor your heart rate. you don't want it to be bouncing off 200 BPM. Work great on Spinnaker bikes, too. Your mileage may vary. |
