What does "progressive overload" mean?

It means to progressively overload the neuromuscular system.
Using progressively heavier weights, shorter rest periods, longer tempo, and higher reps. That is one of the principles involved when it comes to hypertrophy of the muscles in BB. ------------------ Exercise, my drug of choice |
