If it is the book I am thinking of (blueish cover, picture of a male anatimy chart on the front) then it is a preyy good book.
I also recomend Gray's Anatomy, which is a lot more involved and specific.

I will look for the Gray´s Anatomy too.
Strength Training Anatomy was first bodybuilding book I bought.
I used to take that thing to the gym everyday. It will help so much with the form of your excercises. It will also help you learn every muscle in your body. Definitely get it.
I have that book, its ok. It shows how to do excercises that you already know about, and it shows what muscles are being used. Good book for beginners i think.
its a good book nothing incredible but a good book shows almost all standard excercises. if its a good deal id say get it
Can you tell me something for advanced ppl ?Originally posted by cappo5150

I dont know how you would differentiate between beginners and advanced it shows excercises with diagrams what else do you need?
On a slightly diff subject, does anyone have a site where I can get Supertraining by Mel Siff? I cannot for the life of me find it on Amazon or Ebay?
"Show me a beautiful woman, and I'll show you a guy tired of screwing her"
I think they're looking for books that are a little more scientific (muscle physiology, kinesiolgy). A book showing how to perform exercises is more useful for someone who doesnt have a lot of experience and needs to learn the basics.Originally posted by kvyd
