If it is the book I am thinking of (blueish cover, picture of a male anatimy chart on the front) then it is a preyy good book.

I also recomend Gray's Anatomy, which is a lot more involved and specific.

Strength Training Anatomy was first bodybuilding book I bought.
I used to take that thing to the gym everyday. It will help so much with the form of your excercises. It will also help you learn every muscle in your body. Definitely get it.

I have that book, its ok. It shows how to do excercises that you already know about, and it shows what muscles are being used. Good book for beginners i think.

I think they're looking for books that are a little more scientific (muscle physiology, kinesiolgy). A book showing how to perform exercises is more useful for someone who doesnt have a lot of experience and needs to learn the basics.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
