I went on a 7 week vacation this summer about 2 months after I got back into lifting. I was determined not to lose the strength and mass I had already gained. I continued to eat like crazy, brought some lightweight dumbells with me, and did lots of pushups, crunches, unweighted squats, calf raises, jogging, etc. I didn't get any stronger, but I didn't lose any strength when I returned.

Yeah I agree too, and having the week off will give you time to concentrate on your word usage too. ACCESS! J/K man.

    blood stream.

Do pushups, also you can get two chairs, spread them appart. Put your legs on one and your arms on the other one and do dips.
If you feel you need more weight, tell your GF to sit on your...stomach while doing this.
You can also do situps. All this should be more than enough for those coupple of days.

Agreed. Something is better than nothing. Keeping it basic, as in pushups, pull ups, and all those military type movements for a short period of time might be a good change of pace anyway

when icant work out i do a few sets of pushups, a few sets of clapping pushups, situps, legraises, and i can usually find something to do a pullup on, although it may be a little uncomfortable. i usually do a little HIIT running too... which is nice cuz i never do it, and i probly should. i do a cycle of the exercises usually... like 15 clap pushups, 50 crunches, 10 pullups, etc... then run.
