To me it sounds like your overtraining your chest. If you want to gain quality mass then training chest (heavy) once a week will suffice. But I will say it depends on how many sets and reps you do with chest on your chest workout. I mean if you only do 2 sets of bench for 6-8 reps then go home and do like 2-3 sets of flyes for 8-10 reps then I think that's ok.![]()
