Just do a lot of dumbell lifts. When the weaker pec begins to die at the end of a set stop lifting with both. It should catch up eventually.
Please help!
I use free weights for chest development. My right pec is develping at a slower rate than the left. Is this normal? What can I do?
Everything else is developing evenly.
