    Gopro's Shock part

I hate asking what seems to be ignorant questions. But I will ask....

I have gone over Gopro's Power - Rep Range - and Shock exercise program.

As I look at the Reps and sets for Shock, I can't see what or how this is "shocking" the body?

What is shock supposed to do? It doesn't seem much different than the other portions (minus the drop-sets).

    question regarding supersets,

do you usually lift lighter for those?
seems like it would be easy to get injured

You don't see how supersets and drop sets are "shocking" to the body/muscles? Have you ever used these techniques?

During the first exercise your strength will be normal, but for the second you must expect a considerable drop off in strength as the muscle has already been greatly taxed.

Indeed, I experience a drop off in strength moving to my second lifts in a normal power or repition routine. In addition, when I do supersets with my abs I can't do anywhere near the amount of repititions I can do with unworked abs by the time I get to the second exercise.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I started following your download recently, and yes Gopro, I like it a lot. I am more sore than before. It works for me. You've been very helpful to me and everyone else!

i love the drop sets and the supersets, i usually throw them in at the end of my workout to speed up things and to get the final burn. I haven't tried your power, rep, shock routine, but what i do is sort of the same thing, just not as structuralized, the main key is to always switch it up

I didn't state my original post/question fully. My question was based on the physiological side, not if it gets results. I am trying to educate myself as much as possible and am reading a lot. That is why at times, I ask these questions, which I don't like askin'

I got so curious I checked you out on Google!
