    Women's Workouts.....

What is a good split for a woman to use for workouts. She is just starting to workout really for the first time, she's 25 and is in good shape as it is......as far as cardio and weights go, what should she do and how often??? Should she do both on any days????? how many times a week??? All that stuff......and for you women, what exercises do you like??? She is just using free weights, so keep that in mind....any help would be appreciated, also feel free to leave what you think is a good meal plan, or things she should try to eat and what not, thanks alot......

You need to do some research, you're asking us to put together a routine and diet for some female that you know or train?

Out of all of those questions you asked, and info you gave you forgot the most important one! What is her goal?

well for one, forget all the preconcieved notions of what society thinks a women should do in the gym and get down to it. Most chicks out there live on the treadmill. thats is a no no. Tecah her to get in the gym and weight train the way a man would. Dispell teh myth that she is going to just blow with muscle if she weight trains b/c it si completely ridiculous. women have like 1/8 of teh Test level that a man does, for for her to just blow up would be impossible. You don't get big on accident. Make sure she understands that. Then get her on a routine where she is training all the BP. Get her under the squat rack, get her bench preswsing and deadlifting, very light of course at first so she can learn. Get her to understand what kind of foods she should be eating and then, only then should she be doing moderate cardio if necessary. Its all about the weight training though. Forget using silly little machines that barely have weigt on them. Get her using free weights, get her sweating in the gym and working hard. The things that apply to a man basically apply to a woman. Hope that helps

Dude this is your chance!! you can make this girl get the body of your dreams! Get her to do cardio 5 times per week like 45 mins per session, stair stepper eliptical etc. or running but be careful because running is hard on joints. Have her work abs, a lot of abs and make sure that she eats right. For a woman most of her muscle mass is in the lower body hence the round asses and hot legs of really fit women. Have her concetrate there, I mean do you want her to have big shoulders and traps? didn't think so, good luck though, women are not really all that cool about their bodies.
