You could hurt your subscapulairs if you fatigue, you flexabilty isn;t good and you drift a little to far backward. That exercise always ends up hurting my elbows more than my shoulder though.

you can do a modified version of that, you basically do the same thing on an incline bench (around 45 degrees), which puts your shoulders at a better angle.
