this site has a lot of help. Read the stickies in the diet and nutrition forums. Do a search in the traiing forum for questions on your traiing routine or just look at the threads that have been most active for the past few days. They are chock full of newbie questions on traing spilts and routines.

Ive read many journals, yours included (its very good by the way) but i am very new to body building, though they are informative, I still dont understand most of what to do. Mabey you can recomend someones journal whos is mabey more detailed.
