    Arm Blaster and cable attachments

Almost every gym I've been to has an arm blaster. You know, those curved alluminum plates you hang from around your neck to facilitate concentrated curls or push downs.

I need to know which arm blaster I should get for my home gym. I've seen them range from $15 to $50

I'm also looking for a close grip row attachment and wide 50"+/- lat bar.

This is a piece of equipment that was all but forgotten and is now coming back into popular use.

There are not huge differences from one to another except for padding on some for comfort. The following is the one I have and for the money is as good as any I have seen or used.

Hey TwoWalks, Yeah, I saw that one too. They say it's the original but the original I used for the first time at around 1986, damn thats almost 20 years, didn't have all that padding and it was comfortable enough.

I'd really like to get all the attachments at the same place or website.

Wow arm blaster I haven't used one of those in over 10 years. I hated that thing puts so much pressure on your chest. Maybe it was because I was about 14 at the time
