I'm doing my posterior delts on my back days and lateral and anterior on chest days. there is 2-3 days rest between them.
Should I group them all together? I know they all work in unison, but i'm talking about targeted exercises. damn I can't speel today ![]() |

It's always a good idea to change things up. I have trained them that way before and liked it (my rears have always got a pump on back day). Do it for a while and change it up in a few months.
