low back excercises
I need some good low back excercises. Anyone got some. I have to stengthen the area around the lumbar region.

Deadlifts and bent-over rows. I do those two lifts consecutively. My lower back simply burns to all Hell when I'm done with those. Straight leg deadlifts are a good way to get a little lower back exercise on leg day too.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
