after the bulk...

I've been bulking for quite some time now, actually a little over two years, and have gained 90 lbs. in that time. But, I think some fat is starting to creep in with that, and I'm starting to lose my six-pack.

I don't plan to go on a cut for some time now, but I'm kind of worried about how to go about one when I do decide it is necessary. Nowhere on the internet does it mention how to go about a cut.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cut your protein a little, cut your carbs a lot and increase cardio. You may also want to take a fat burner to speed up the cutting process. Gives you more energy too. Congrats on the gains though.

If you have access to a swimming pool, then go swim. Swimming burns more calories than any other cardio activity.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

2 years of bulking and gained 90 pounds...??? sound to me like you just lifted and ate whatever and whenever you wanted........plus you gained 90 pounds in 2 years and you 6-pack is going away a little now???, and then you ask us about cutting,???...i dont know man, im sorry but it doesnt sound credible to me, it more sound like you need to cut like 40 pounds of fat or so... but if im wrong im sorry....

also if you swimm a lot your muscles will become longer and they will lose that "bodybuildeing" lool, so take it easy on swimming and do more running

Wow, it only takes me a monthand a bit of bulking for my abs to start disappearing. Two years? That's amazing.

Peace.
