When I did it my max was 195 so my workout was as follows:

    135x6
    145x5
    155x4
    165x3
    175x2
    185x1

Not too much of a rest between sets. As you do it more and more it becomes easier and easier and you can up the weight a little. This brought me from 195-210. Don't use it too long though as your body will eventually get used to the weight variation, but it's a great shock to get over your bench plateau.

MUAHAHAHA! yay! im happy i got 220 up to today
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.
