Pecs etc.

Hi there, I've been injured a lot lately and therefore my body has got well out of shape, and I've far too much body fat. The worst areas are my pecs, but my buttocks and stomach aren't looking too good either. I've been going to the gym 3 times a week, and swimming once a week for quite a while now, but there's no real signs of improvement. I used to drink far too much, and I've really cut that down significantly but still, I'm not looking too impressive.

What can I do or what am I doing wrong? I need to lose a lot of weight and regain my muscle tune in a short space of time as I have a lot of important sporting events coming up in about a month, and in the condition I'm currently in, I'm gonna have problems.

Any help appreciated,

Cheers,
Jonny

Hello there...

When you go to the gym, what are you doing?

What does your diet look like?

How much swimming are you doing?

Are you taking any supplements?

How much alcohol are you still taking in?

We need this info in order to help, and we'd all be happy to!

Diet = 75%
Training = 25%

That's great that you're working out several times per week, but what does your diet consist of?

If your trying to get ready for some sports, I'd work on cardio mostly, build up your arobic level so you can keep up with whatever sport your in.

Like the others said, diet is the key to loosing Body Fat.

Cool
