    Abs

    I always have trouble working out my abs, what do u recommend? I know i have to loose some wieght around my waste , its not that bad though im 5"8 165, ive done some situps and stuff, and done some with a 25 pound weight on my chest, ive also done those things where u put ur hands under ur bumb and u left ur legs just off the ground and stuff :S, i duno how should my routine go for working out my stomach area....Im a guy and getting the lowerpart hes been hard for me i duno...Advice?

    I typically hit abs twice per week, 3-4 sets of leg raises and crunches, that's about it.

    i don't like all the veins i got in my lower stomach, but that is just because i'm thin. the only ones that look cool are the two that go diagonal along the muscle

    Yeah, what she means is training abs will not reveal them, proper diet and nutrition does.

    more of a diet question, but do you consider one day per week cheating reasonable with 5 days of hard workouts, or what is a reasonable time to have a cheat day? (regarding abs/cutting)
