Sports while Gaining Mass

I'm going to be participating in school sports (extra curricular activities for my resume to various universities), and I was wondeering if these will hinder my mass gains. Sports that i'll most likely be playing are badminton, track (short distance, mostly sprinting), and possibly soccer. I workout in the morning during one of my breaks, and sports usualy occur 4-5 hours later. Also, I'll only be doing one sport at a time, today was badminton, tomorrow will be track, and so on.

It won't hinder mass gains too much as long as you compensate for those calories by adding in another meal or so after intense activity.

Peace.

Eat enough to compensate, and youll be OK. However, any extra curricular sports will probably hinder gains a little, but nothing I'd be overly concerned about.

I always have the appropriate meals at hand no matter where you are or what you're doing. Sports should in no way hinder bulking. I would think sports such as football that encourage bulking would help it.

Like all those guys said. But personally for me I will drink a calorie drink i.e. 50 carbs 50 protein an hour before an ice hockey match and straight after. Its a little easier on the tummy than solid food.

There are no easy paths to anywhere thats worth going!
