Found What works for me!!
After trying many different routines, and beating my body to death, training 6 times a week.
I switched to 4 days a week one bodypart every 7 days. 50 minute very intense workouts. Presto! more growth than I have ever seen. I also take a week off every 8 weeks. I use to think, I have to train more, I will shrink if I am not in the gym, well I forced myself to do this schedule and it is working. Less was more for me, Maybe it might help someone else. JG |

The amazing truth -- you grow while you repair (rest) not while you damage (work out).

Less is more if you have been pushing like you said you were. periodization and variety is the key. This change in training stimulus will work for awhile and then you should change in about 6-8 weeks. maybe more volume or frequency and push overtraining a bit and then cycle down and swtich to something different. Keep changing it up n your body and you will keep seeing good results.
