    How often to work abs?

    How many times a week should i be training my abs to get the best results? I currently work them about twice a week, and have only seen small results. As well i do cardio about 3 times a week. any advice? Thanks for the help!!!

    That is plenty but you can train them as often as you want. I only train mine twice a week offseason and 3 or 4 times during contest prep.

    Scott-if ya dont mind me askin, what do you do for your ab routine? Because its obviously working pretty good! Thanks for you help, im still kind of new at all of this.

    Nothing special one day I'll do cruches/situps on a slant board. Next I'll do hanging leg raises. 3 to 4 sets to failure on each set beyond the burn

    Diet is key for having abs. My girlfriend has never gone to a gym and has wicked abs. She also has super low bodyfat.

    I only workout my abs a few times a week too. My abs look good when I'm under 8% bodyfat and not so good when I'm bulking

    I actually hardly ever work them. When Im leaning out, maybe 2 times per week.

    depends how much i have sex. nowadays i work em 1x a week, but i used to do it 3x a week. missionary position really does a number on your abs.
