Full body workouts 3x'a a week are awsome. They are really dificult but they make your body really adapt to a different trainig stimulus and a different level of performance. Yes it will work for a nutural. I say give it a shot.
i have been studying up on HST http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html
sounds very interesting, but does a full body w/o 3x a week seem pretty excessive, and would it work for a natural?

The volume is low however. If you search this board, there are plenty of posts on it, I tried it out long ago, made some changes though.

how well did it work

HST - yay or nay?
I liked it, but I wont use it all the time. When you need a change of pace, then sure I would use it.
hmm you mean you started to over train or something?
oh and do you recomend i take some time off before jumping into it? im already feeling a bit burn out.

Negative on overtraining, the volume on the program is low. I am on a 5 day rotation right now, which is a balance between volume and frequency that I like. If you are feeling burnt out I would take time off yes. I added sets for legs, traps I think, and added in forearms/neck. It was a long time ago though.
