Question "Training secret"

Ok this is one of the weirdest "training secrets/principles"
i have ever read
its pretty interesting but i seriously doubt it would work
But its kinda fun to read

great! you just gave away THE SECRET!!!

ok, seriously though. if you did this program say for bench press.... then you would bench every day but otherwise not have a chest routine. or would you still have a chest routine too?

i think you go about your normal training
you just do this everyday tho
