2 Days workout
This week I'm only going to be able to workout on Tuesday and Thursday.. I want to hit every muscle group in these 2 days..
Anyone have suggestions what my workout needs to look like for this week? I usually do this: Sundays: shoulders/some lower body Tuesdays: back/biceps/ABS Thursdays: Chest/Triceps/ABS next sunday I won't be able to workout ![]() |

I would do my lower body with tuesdays workout, and shoulders with chest and tris.
