No, less! 3 exercises is plenty for chest in one work-out. Try increasing weight, or repetitions, change things up, try giant sets, super sets, etc.

Adding more exercises is not the answer. Pesonally, I don't even bother with decline presses.

I would drop the declines. You are going to get more good out of the flies and feel them more. Also if you can and have an ajustable bench, try doing yu r inclines at less than a 45 degree angle, you will feel the difference.

    Dips.

I'm not sold on the idea that declines aren't useful. I think they can be. different things work for different people. When you flex your chest, your arms fall down in their natural position which evidently is that same position you'd most likely be in if you were performing declines. You'd get peak contraction of the sternal pec in the decline position. The problem wiht declines is you loose the ROM. Try lowering the weihgt to just below your chin instead of below your nipple. I'm not saying declines are great I do find them useful to sycle into a boring chest routine and leave one of the most common exercises out. It's a good substitue exercise. When you suspect your current routine of not giving the results you'd like, that's when you should start experimenting wiht alterate exercises. Try declines, they may be useful.

also, have you tried doing dumbell work instead of barbell?

I would suggest only flat and incline benches. Varying the wide of your grip.
Heavy and strict. No more than 9 or 10 sets.

    Keep pumping !

Push-ups, Push-ups, and then more Push-ups and after that do more Push-ups then more Push-ups and then try some more and then more if you can if you can't then pause then do more.

There are only so many pushups one can do until there is no effect on the prime movers.
