i just wanted to say thanks to everybody for helping me out over the past few weeks. im doing great in the gym. betwwen the routine and diets everyone has reccomended im up about 4 lbs in a week and a half, with no supps except whey. i hope this keeps up this is really motivating. i took a picture before i started and i plan on taking one every month aver the next few months. but i already feel bigger and my pants seem to be getting big so i guess im doing something right. i know a week and a half is really soon to notice anything but i cant seem to get myself away from the mirror, lol. but thanks again and i ll have some pics in a few weeks.
It's really quite amazing how much knowledge can be obtained from these boards in such a short period of time. Throughout the past few months I have gathered an unbelievable amount of information on these boards. Glad to hear your are seeing results so quickly. Stick with it, you will be amazed 6 months from now.
