How many reps should i be doing if im looking to gain muscle mass? i have been doing between 6-10. Any suggestions on helping me put on some mass?

It has more to do with diet than anything else, but rep range is partially important as well, along with intensity etc

If you want to build size vary the rep ranges from workout to workout. The majority of reps performed should be between 5-10 and about 25% between 15+ reps per set.

100 different people will tell you 10 different things about training, but gaining weight always has to do with calories, that is the one universal.
I believe there are different training roads to success but the diet trail is narrower, and less forgiving.
