    alternating lifts

    for those who do opposing muscle group workouts(such as bi's and chest) do you do something like bench press then bicep curls, then incline press, or do you do all your chest exercises then do your bicep exercises when done with your chest exercises?

    I would agree. Unless you just really want to do somthing completly diff. one day. But in general you always want to work the major muscle group first then hit the minor one. (Unless your prioritizing a week minor muscle group.)

    Using your example .. I usually would warm up bi´s in the middle of a chest workout. It is not exactlly mixed.

    i have always alternated lifts. i find i can lift more throughout my entire w/o.
