    help with chest

    My right side of my chest is noticeably smaller than my left, can anyone tell me if this is normal or not, and what the best way to even it out is

    It's normal to have one side stronger/larger than the other. Are you right handed?

    If you want to even it out, just keep doing your normal routine. Eventually the lagging side will catch up. Just dont start working the stronger side with more weight.

    Focus on Dumbell chest movements. I like them better than bar anyway less stress on the shoulder.
