my mom has been going to the gym with me the past few days and shes been doing the same workouts as me with less weight. but shes worried about her arms. she says that her biceps grow bigger than the rest of her body. she just doesnt want big man arms with a smaller body. is this something she should be working out less or do you think the rest of her body will just catch up. she does want nice tone muscular arms but she said in past workouts they just grow and grow. any body have any other ideas without sacrificing any other muscles?
thanks

so mudge you say keep her bicept workouts lower? you dont think that eventually her body would catch up with her biceps? thats what i figured would happen but im a dumbass so im probably wrong. she doesnt want to work them at all but i think thats probably a bad idea. ill just tell her to keep her bicep workouts light. now what about other days when her workouts will inderectly work her bi's will that cause a problem? she really likes working her muscles hard she just hates the great results she gets with her bi's. wow i hope i got some genes from her lol.
its cool im used to it. everyone i know is always messing with me because my mom is an attractive lady. sucks, ive caught shit about it ever since my friends started hitting puberty. lol. i guess it doesnt help that shes so young too.
