    Hopefully (with your help) my last split question

    Hey Everyone, I only have about an hour to work out a day, so I figure I can get my whole body worked out with five days a week split.
    This is about what I think I should do, but I really dont know how to split it. Please help

    Assisted Triceps Dips
    Front DB Raise
    Arnold Press DB
    Shoulder Press DB
    Incline Side DB Raise
    Cable Pushdowns

    BB Curls
    Preacher Curls (Barbell)
    Reverse BB Curls
    Reverse Preacher BB
    Wrist Curls
    Reverse Wrist Curls

    Incline Rows*
    Seated High Rows*
    Seated Rows*
    Assisted Chin Ups*
    BB Shrugs
    DB Shrugs

    Abs Extentions
    Back Extensions
    Hyper-Extensions

    Bench Press
    Decline Bench Press
    Incline Bench Press
    Standing Flies*
    Squats
    Calf Raises

    If you think there is something that Im missing or redundant Please Let me know

    I really canīt help since I donīt understand the names in english

    Anyway, you can do everything with your split. You just need to watch out for compound movements. They can have a bad effect on tomorrows workout. Do you know what I mean ?
