every other day is a good split as long as your volume is high enough. try
    tues- legs
    wed-chest shoulders
    thus-off
    fri-back
    sat-arms
this is my split and has been for 5 weeks. I seen some great gains moving from a 3 day to this four day. starting the week with legs is a sweet pump.
