How far do you wanna go ?

I will not make a living out of bodybuilding but I like it so much that probably I will stay learning about it for a very long time.
About my body, I just donīt wanna go that far with it.
I find it amusing when a newbie totally excited about AS ask something in the anabolics forum and someone replies: "Well .....you donīt need it unless you hit your natural plateau." Probably most ppl never will or donīt want to.

My goal is something like 40-45+ pounds, that can easily be achieved through dieting and supplements.

    What is your goal ?

This sounds stupid like its a easy thing to do but as for right now Im not intrested in getting really big Ha Ha. I would be satified with 15 more pounds of lean mucsle. Overall just to stay fit and defined with nice proportions of lean muscle. I mean its your health right.

Oh I forgot. 6 months ago I was wondering how I was going to be able to run down the basketball court at 242 pounds with my son. He is still young but t-ball is near and just to be able to play whatever sport he picks I know now at 173 pounds I will have no problem doing. Goal acheived.

My goal is pretty similar to Premiers... about 8% bf at 225lbs. My first goal is of course 10%bf at 200lbs

My goals are more strength oriented, but an increase in muscle is also welcome to a certain degree. I would like to be able to benchpress 350+, deadlift 400+, and squat 400+. I'm 6 foot, 200 pounds, about 15% bodyfat. I would like to be more like 210-220 with 10-12% bodyfat.

When I started out BB almost 4 years ago I was a rail 5'8" @ 140-45 and like 0.5% body fat(just kidding). Now I'm 180 @ about 12% BF. I always thought that if I got to 175-180 I would be happy. I always wanted my body to look the way it did when I had a serious pump...Now it does and I can't wait to get to 200. If I'm addicted then I don't ever want to be cured...I'll take BBing as far as it'll take me.

Well mine is like 250, but I think that may be to hard on my knees at that weight.
    I dunno yet......
Currently 215, but BF is like 20%!
I am switching to more of a circuit training routine to lower it a little.

I'm with you though Vieope, I just want to grow a little in size without to much beer gut. I like to much bad stuff like staying up late and parting, etc....
What the hell are you doing in Brazil anyway?
