    can someone help?

    I work out at home all i have is a bench dumbells and barbells, i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best exercises to do for my legs with the stuff i have.

    at the risk of making myself look dumb how do you do a straight leg dead lift like i said im pretty new to this

    if i do the dead lifts, squats, calf rasies will that be enough

    I'm in no way contradicting Prince because he's absolutely correct about SLDL's being good for your hamstrings BUT, if you're as new to the iron game as you say you might want to consider skipping them for now. If you do squats and lunges correctly your hams will get all the stimulation they need without being isolated by SLDL's. When I say "doing them correctly" I mean going all the way down until your upper legs are at least parallel to the floor, if not lower. Yes, there's some arguement as to whether or not this is bad for your knees but I think, if you learn to do them correctly in the very beginning you'll eliminate any danger to your joints.
    Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
