My shoulders do that sometimes too, as do my brothers. Might just be wear and tear from years of weight training or playing sports (as in my case). Its probably OK, however, get it checked at your next Dr. Appt. and start taking some joint formula.
I was doing arms today and when I got to tricep kickbacks my left shoulder blade started doing something funny during my movements. The shoulder blade itself would click almost like a knuckle being cracked. It didn't hurt or anything, but it sure stopped me from finishing my workout, out of fear of injury. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this at all, and if so is it anything serious or just somethibng that I should work through.

right then I'm guessing it never turned into anything serious, I'll definately have the corpsman in my unit have a look at it. Thanks alot
My shoulders do the same thing when I do military presses. The click worried me at first but it didn't hurt. So I just worked through it. I haven't had any pain or anything. Just aclick. Its been a year and a half probably and it still does it. Go figure.![]()
